General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Your problem can be due to intestinal infection, infestation food allergies causing irritable bowel syndrome and the possibility of the previous pre-malignant state needs to be investigated to exclude possible malignancy or secondaries.

A methodical examination and investigations to find the root cause and its specific treatment would help. Please consult a gastroenterologist.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Vasudha Jayant Athavale,
